Couples For Christ (CFC) is a family life renewal ministry.  It is a worldwide ministry with members in over seventy-one countries.  Over the years, Couples for Christ has evolved to include every age group in the family, so that we now have a Kids ministry (KFC), Youth ministry (YFC), Young adults ministry (SFC), Couples ministry (CFC), and Handmaids ministry (a support ministry for women, specifically single parents, separated or divorced women, unmarried mature singles, married women whose husbands are working abroad, physically incapacitated or not at the moment interested in any religious affiliation, and finally, widows).

Our work is to build strong Christian marriages and families.   We do this by helping husbands and wives to have a strong relationship with God and with one another, and allowing the power of the Holy Spirit to lead in every area of our family life.

Couples For Christ provides a community of committed families that come together regularly to live out our call as true Christian families :  we support one another in the trials of daily life, celebrate together joyous and festive occasions, build and train all our members through regular training programmes and retreats designed for the individual and for couples;  we serve together for the evangelisation of the whole world, through the renewal of family and the parish.

Our members from the various ministries are organised into cell groups called households.

CFC is a servant and lay partner of the Catholic church in the work of evangelisation, family life renewal and church renewal.   We recognise, defer to and actively submit to the authority of the bishop as shepherd of his diocese.   CFC conforms to and supports official church teachings and stand on issues.

In conclusion, CFC is the work of Christ which raises up families in the Holy Spirit that will renew the face of the earth.
